How do I return a product?

We are extending the return period for orders placed on or after 24 November (inclusive) for Christmas shopping until 11 January (inclusive).

First you have to log into "your account" and request refund by selecting the "Returns" option. Remember that you have a 14 calendar days to request a return starting from when you received your order. When we receive the package in our warehouse we will proceed with the refund.

PLEASE NOTE: You must send the return back by your own means. Funidelia does not provide return labels.
